Wobei man auch sagen muss, das eigentlich alle Songs sehr vom Gesamtkontext profitieren. Ein richtiges Album halt.
Absolut richtig. Kenn kaum ein Album bei dem ich jedes Zwischenstück als Highlight sehe wie hier. |

"Crimes" geht wohl noch am Ehesten als Zwischenstück durch, aber ist wie der Rest des Albums natürlich sehr stimmig. |

Dieser Übergang von Go back to sleep zu den brachialen Riffs erinnert mich immer etwas an "March Of The Pigs" von NIN, wo es nach dem Klaviereinschub direkt weitermetzelt. |

Der funktioniert für mich auf einer ganz anderen Ebene als "Outsider". Beide natürlich die heavy Songs auf dem Album, gehen aber in ganz verschiedene Richtungen. Der eine lebt vom Drive und der Energie, der andere eher von der Stimmung und dem Unbehagen. |

Ja, das war wieder richtig gut. Ich kann es nur wiederholen, aber es ist ein richtiges Album. Die Trackreihenfolge, die homogene, tolle Atmosphäre, die Dramaturgie, der Sound, das ist schon klasse. Wobei es in der Hinsicht auch manch anderes, geiles Stück gibt. Vielleicht bald mal die grandiose "Pornography"? |

weak & powerless unterbewertet?
genau das gegenteil ist doch der fall wie ich finde, da den song die meisten fans sehr mögen und als favourite sehen. ich hingegen empfinde ihn als einen der schwächsten.
a stranger und gravity empfinde ich übrigens als unterschätzt ;-)
pet ist für mich der deutlich bessere song als der komische counting remix... |
