Die Aufnahme der Vocals entstand glaube ich auch kurz nachdem Fraser vom Ertrinken eines Freundes gehört hatte. Macht das Ganze noch ein wenig emotionaler, finde ich. |

Ich finde ja auch, dass das Album extrem gut gealtert ist. Hört sich für meine Ohren immer noch total frisch und modern an. |

"Inertia Creeps", ein wenig der Bruder von "Risingson". Auch wieder so eine fabelhaft düstere Stimmung, die kühlen Vocals, traumhafte Produktion. Mega gut. |

Mein absoluter Lieblingssong der Band. Die Percussion ist nicht von dieser Welt. Jede Sekunde und jeder Klang perfekt. Das Stück und das Video dazu haben mich zur Band gebracht.

Wahnsinns-Groove wieder, finde Risingson aber noch ein Stück intensiver. Weniger als 9/10 gibts auf dem Album aber bisher nicht. |

Man hört zu jeder Sekunde diesen Hang zum Perfektionismus. Jeder Sound ist da, wo er hingehört, ähnlich wie bei Trent Reznors größten Werken. |

Ja, Nine inch nails ist wirklich ähnlich in Sachen Soundperfektion.
"Exchange" hab ich früher immer geskippt. Nette Auflockerung, aber so richtig brauch ich das nicht. |

Jetzt die Verschnaufpause. Das ist ja schon ein echt tolles Instrumental (8/10), aber es macht die Stimmung schon eher kaputt, als dass es sie nur auflockert. |

"Dissolved Girl" mit Sara Jay. Super Song mit erneut toller, düsterer Stimmung, zählt für mich aber nicht zu den großen Highlights des Albums. Passt aber trotzdem super rein. |

Man Next Door war am Anfang eins meiner Highlights, weil ich die Melodie sofort drin hatte, aber mittlerweile nervt's mich ein bisschen. Also relativ im Albumkontext, ist schon immer noch ne 7,5 oder so. |
