Produziert wird das ganze vom Killswitch Engage Gitarristen Adam Dutkiewicz. Für Juni stehen 6 Tourdaten in Deutschland fest. Anbei die offizielle Pressemitteilung: PARKWAY DRIVE UNLEASH PLANS FOR NEW ALBUM AND TOUR Amsterdam, March 28th 2007 Aussie metalcore regime Parkway Drive has announced that they are heading to the studio in May to record their follow-up to 2005´s Killing With A Smile. Teaming up again with their producer-in-crime, Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz, the band will record at Zing Studios in Boston. Combining elements of hardcore, death and math-metal, Parkway Drive plan to punish fans with their cyclonic rhythms, intricate dexterity and ire filled vocals for a sonic whirlwind of bone-crushing brutality that will hijack your stereo for one of the greatest pit-inducing records of the year. "Fans can expect a heavier, faster and more precise album than Killing With A Smile," proclaims frontman Winston McCall. "The new songs mark two years of intense touring, refinement and experience. The songs we are writing are the next step for us. We´re simply putting them out there for people to make of them what they will, but rest assured as far as we are concerned this is the album we have always wanted to write." Currently on a US tour with Comeback Kid, It Dies Today, This Is Hell and Endwell, Parkway Drive will be distributing their destruction upon the masses this summer with a tour of Europe (please find these tour dates below) and Japan followed by select dates on the Vans Warped Tour. Demnächst knüppeln sie ja mit Caliban durch die britischen lande...

Diablo	19.04.2007 - 10:44 Uhr jaja... das problem ist nur, dass ich am tage des vainstream in roitzschjora bin ... auf´m härtesten acker deutschlands. aber vllt. haben sie ja noch bock am freitag oder sonntag vorbeizuschauen... träum Ach übrigens, wenn du zum Vainstream gehen solltst: die als "special guest" auf dem flyer stehende band scheinen wohl die gorilla biscuits zu sein. zumindest werden sie bei den tourdates von parkway drive beim vainstream-date aufgezählt...

Khanatist	23.06.2007 - 19:07 Uhr Wollte ich auch konstatieren, als Vorband von Converge haben sie wie immer Spaß gemacht ("Gimme AD", diese Breakdowns, geil!). Der neue Song ging tatsächlich in eine brutalere Richtung, der sie womöglich im debilen Fanlager eines fabulierten Deathcore-Genres ankommen lassen könnte.

chucky	22.09.2007 - 17:24 Uhr Ich bin ja generell nicht so der Metalcore-Hörer. Für mich ist das ein reines Spaß-genre und Parkway Drive sind einfach die "Über-Spaß-Band". Ist überhaupt nicht negativ gemeint, aber Metal allgemein würde ich mir nie alleine zum Vergnügen anhören, einfach um mit Freunden Spaß zu haben, rumzuhüpfen, einfach abzugehen. Und gibt es da etwas Besseres als Parkway Drive? Nicht mal AILD oder Darkest Hour haben einen solchen Fun-Faktor. Ach ja, Horizons ist mal wieder richtig geil geworden! :D

Zwiebel	08.10.2007 - 20:44 Uhr Komplettes Album im Stream gibts übrigens hier http://www.myspace.com/parkwaydrive Nettes Ding,aber die Killing with a Smile war besser..Sehr cool sind aber unter anderem The Siren's Song ,Boneyards, Frostbite und der Titeltrack..insgesamt aber zu wenig neues.Naja,bollert immerhin noch schön ;)

Their "tight and ruthless" performance, "undeniably electrifying presence" and amazing sets prove that Parkway Drive are "serious contenders for future greatness" (Kerrang, UK).
