Deaf	02.08.2007 - 16:25 Uhr Ich habe nur diese eine Album. Dank "Capitalism" habe ich es mir auch gekauft, der Song lief mal im Radio (ja, das gab es damals noch) und ich musste mir das Album gleich besorgen. "Armed Love" ist wohl kaum besser, oder?
Lyxen	02.08.2007 - 16:31 Uhr Von den meisten wird Armed Love wesentlich schlechter gesehen, ich finde es einen kleinen Tick schlechter, wobei die Sounds sehr unterschiedlich sind und sie deshalb schwierig zu vergleichen sind.Das Debüt ist auch gut.Viel kosten die ja nicht mehr, oder lade sie dir runter, ist der Band egal. "Capitalism..." im Radio?Das muss in einer anderen Welt gewesen sein ;)

Armed Love ist ein wahnsinnig gutes Rock-Album, beim ersten mal hören dacht ich noch es wäre langweilig, aber weit gefehlt... Spitzensongs, Geiler Sound und Billy Preston an der Orgel ist einfach Wahnsinn, Weltalbum! Hoffentlich wird das neue auch gut, bin mal gespannt

Der hatte doch ganz kurze haare?! Ich habe die auch mal getroffen, hab sogar zum 14 oder wars der 13. ein Autogramm vom Inge bekommen...

Lyxen	01.10.2007 - 11:02 Uhr In Hamburg waren wie sie absolut super. Haben mind. 6 neue Songs gespielt, die allesamt gut klangen. Teilweise punkiger, mal melodischer. Auf jeden Fall wieder anders als die vorherigen Alben. Am besten von den neuen waren "Hiroshima, Mon Amour", mit Mundharmonikaeinlage von Dennis; "Washington Bullets", das sehr in richtung Punk + Orgel ging; ein sehr ruhiges und schönes Stück, das wie Lost Patrol + Armed Love klang und "Child of God", das sehr lang ist aber super. "Assasination of Myself" war auch noch sehr gut, den Rest weiß ich nicht mehr.

Kann jemand dort hingehen und bitte die neuen Songs mitschneiden? Die Bootleg-CD dürfte dann wohl noch eher als das angekündigte Album erscheinen...

Marcel	21.02.2008 - 13:47 Uhr Im Forum auf der offiziellen Seite von T(I)NC hinterließ Dennis gestern Abend einen kurzen Eintrag. Das waren seine Worte: "Yeah, we have been strangley abscent lately! Everyone has been busy with their own dealings and also trying to finish up the new record. I wont bore anyone with details about why it has been delay this long, let's just say that Metallica has something to do with it. The record is being mixed right now, we are in the final stages of wrapping up the artwork, we will give you a full update and a webpage make over and such but we are still waiting for some components to make that happen! We thought it was about time to give you all an update from The (international) Noise Conspiracy camp. This will be the first update in bunch to follow to let you know, first hand, about what's going on with the band and the new album. We want to thank everyone that supported the Causes 1 – project and bought the "Causes"-album from Waxploitation records. There's still time to buy the album on-line, just click on the link below. All the profits are going to Doctors without borders, Human rights watch, Oxfam America and Save Darfur. It's been a slow process to get the album mixed and we sure wish things had gone faster, but now things are really moving forward. We have most of the album mixed and it sounds amazing! We finally have received all songs mixed, so now if everything goes right, we'll have a release date very soon. We are just as anxious as you guys are, or even more anxious, and we hope to confirm a date very soon. Before the actual physical album, which will be called "The cross of my Calling", is out there will be songs uploaded on our myspace and also on our official site. The official site will have a face lift very soon, and that's why there hasn't been anything added lately. First of all we would like to thank everyone that came out to see us play at Scharinska Villan, Hurricane, Southside and the Peace & Love festival. We enjoyed all those shows and it's been a lot of fun trying out some new songs live. We hope the new songs got you all as excited about the new record as we are. Pictures from the last show at the Peace & Love festival can be found here. We are sad to say that the Swedish right wing government passed the FRA-law, which basically means that all e-mail and telephone traffic going in and out of Sweden is going to be monitored by the man. This seems to be our government's way of joining the global "war on terrorism". From now on all of us are treated as suspects. This new law is said to protect Sweden against undefined "global threats", when in fact the new law in it self is a serious attack on free speech and the idea of a free and open society. Welcome to 1984! So, dear friends - start sending our government your protest e-mails and let them know what you think! Let's move on to more cheerful news - Our new album "The cross of my calling" got mastered a couple of days ago and our record label is setting up a release date as we speak. We will soon leak a song or two on our myspace and website, so keep checking them out. We all feel very excited about the new album and right now we just want to have it released so that we can hit the road again and meet all of you in some crowded club out there somewhere. Speaking of shows - we just confirmed a bunch of dates for the summer. Check out our "upcoming shows"-section for more info! Das neue Album "The cross of my calling" kommt in den USA am 25. November über Vagrant/American Recordings. In Europa wohl 21. November, Label weiß ich nicht, vielleicht wieder Burning Heart. Hier die offizielle Meldung: The (International) Noise Conspiracy today announces their latest disc, Cross Of My Calling, will be released on November 25, 2008 on Vagrant/American Recordings in the U.S. The quartet recorded the fourteen-track set at Sunset Sound in Hollywood with legendary producer Rick Rubin at the helm. "We've worked hard for a long time, but it's a tough world to get by in. Anything that doesn't fit the mold scares the music industry," says lyricist and singer Dennis Lyxzén. "We know how this world works; that's just the way it is, But we also recognize the industry is on shaky ground because of that, which is why it's so cool to have someone like Rick believe in you." Guest appearances on the album include Karl Jacobsson- organ, Lenny Castro – percussion, Sam Velde and Lisa Kekaula (The Bellrays) – backing vocals. The (International) Noise Conspiracy formed in northern Sweden in 1998 and quickly became known around the world for their self-aware political stance buoyed by their 70's-inflected rock 'n' roll swagger.
