Erick The Architect) sein viertes Studioalbum "Volcano" für den 11. August an. Zusätzlich zum Headliner-Slot beim Londoner "All Points East"-Festival (26. August) geben sie die Termine einer großen Nordamerika- und Europatour im Herbst bekannt. Arenashows als Gast von Billie Eilish "Volcano" ist der Nachfolger zu "Loving In Stereo" (2021), das mit Platz 3 den höchsten heimischen und mit Platz 18 den höchsten deutschen Charterfolg für das Duo bedeutete. In den USA schoss das Album auf Platz 1 der Billboard Dance Albums Charts, was Jungle große Arenashows als Gast von Billie Eilish bescherte. Die neue Single "Candle Flame" verbindet zeitlose Disco-, Soul- und HipHop-Elemente mit der unverwechselbaren, zukunftsweisenden Produktion von Jungle. Eine selbstbewusste und überschwängliche Energie trifft auf die charakteristischen, schnellen Rhymes von Erick The Architect. "Der Song repräsentiert alles, wofür wir als Band stehen" Jungle: "Wir sind unglaublich stolz auf unsere neueste Veröffentlichung 'Candle Flame'. Wir wollten einen Song kreieren, der persönlich ist, mit dem sich aber auch viele identifizieren können, und der sich auf eine poetische und authentische Art und Weise mit den Höhen und Tiefen von Liebe und Beziehungen beschäftigt. Es war eine absolute Freude, mit Erick The Architect zu arbeiten, und seine individuelle Perspektive und sein Talent haben dem Song zusätzliche Tiefe verliehen. 'Candle Flame' repräsentiert alles, wofür wir als Band stehen – Kreativität, Leidenschaft und die Begeisterung für Musik, die die Herzen und Köpfe unserer Fans berührt. Wir können es kaum erwarten, dass alle den Track hören, und wir hoffen, dass er Freude und Inspiration verbreitet." Größere Vielfalt an Stimmen auf dem Album Die freigeistige Energie von "Volcano" ist das Ergebnis eines vollkommen organischen Entstehungsprozesses. Größtenteils geschrieben auf Tour, wurde das Material in einem Airbnb in Los Angeles aufgenommen und anschließend an ihrem Lieblingsort, dem Studio B der Metropolis Studios in London fertiggestellt. Für dieses Album wünschte sich das Duo eine größere Vielfalt an Stimmen. Neben Erick The Architect wurde für "Pretty Little Thing" auch Bas (der bereits auf der "Loving In Stereo"-Single "Romeo" zu hören war) wieder eingeladen. Außerdem konnten sie Talente wie Roots Manuva, Channel Tres und JNR Williams gewinnen. Minimalistisches Artwork, maximalistische Liveshows Das Artwork von "Volcano" setzt den eleganten Minimalismus fort, der die Cover aller drei bisherigen Alben zierte. Auch hier bleibt das grafische Design im Kern gleich, nur die Farbpalette hat sich verändert, um den Sound des Albums widerzuspiegeln – dieses Mal mit einer satten Wärme, die die Produktion und die sommerliche Stimmung ergänzt. Der Auftritt beim "All Points East"-Festival ist der Auftakt zu einer großen Nordamerika- und Europatour im Herbst. Die euphorische Show mit kompletter Liveband wird in einigen der größten Venues ihrer bisherigen Karriere Station machen, darunter Arenashows in ganz Amerika und Europa. Insgesamt werden sie vor mehr als 190.000 Menschen spielen. Über eine Milliarde Katalogstreams Jungle waren schon während ihrer Kindheit im Londoner Stadtteil Shepherd's Bush befreundet. Heute bringen sie es auf über eine Milliarde Streams. Ihr selbstbetiteltes Debütalbum wurde zum Klassiker und für den "Mercury Prize" nominiert. Es folgte "For Ever" und schließlich das Erfolgsalbum "Loving In Stereo". Zu den bisherigen Live-Highlights zählen Headliner-Auftritte beim Wilderness und South Facing, riesige Shows beim Coachella und Lollapalooza Brazil sowie Headline-Shows im Alexandra Palace und der O2 Academy Brixton. Ebenfalls ein wichtiger Aspekt der künstlerischen Identität von Jungle sind visionär stilisierte und choreographierte Videos.
